NHS Children's Therapies The Pod
→ NHS The Pod, the NHS Integrated Children’s Therapies Teams resources; referral portal, information and recommended strategies which support children and young people to develop their skills to their full potential so that they can participate in everyday activities.
→ Occupational Therapy: This team offers support for children and young people who are experiencing difficulties with participating in everyday activities or occupations. Click here for access to universal advice and links to refer a child for Occupational Therapy.
→ Physiotherapy: Paediatric (children and young peoples) physiotherapy provides specialist assessment and a range of therapeutic interventions to enable children with physical difficulties to reach their full potential.

→ Care Coordination Service: This is a service for babies and children (up to 7 years of age) who present with an identified condition or disability which is impacting on or has the potential to impact upon their long-term development and/or function.

One You Kent offers support to families to go smoke-free, lose weight, get active or just feel better about life.
One You has a special team dedicated to supporting expectant families or with a baby up to 12 weeks of age, offer weekly support at a time convenient to you to offer non-judgement support and advice. -
Family Partnership Programme – available to families living in Kent who have experienced difficulties such as poverty, mental health issues, family problems or domestic abuse.
